Day 1 - Cardiff to Chepstow

Despite the drizzle got off to a great start from University Hospital Cardiff with family and friends, old and new.




... 31 miles later Tom and I arrived in Chepstow.

Day 3 - Limpley Stoke to Pewsey

Joined by Dave, Rich and George for some company for the leg along the canals. Following the picturesque Kennet and Avon canals. Yesterday's industrial transport waterways are today areas of outstanding natural beauty! A hard slog but teamwork and a few sing-songs got us through 30 miles!

Excited by my 53mi @Walk4ECMO Brighton-London 24hr challenge, starting noon Sat 3rd Aug from Brighton Pier. Publicising amazing life-saving #ECMO @GSTT_ICU. The amazing #NHS saved my son's life. I know everybody was incredibly generous for Cardiff-London in Sept'18, but @GSTT_ICU are life-savers and #EveryPennyCounts !
