Day 2 - Chepstow to Limpley Stoke



Crossing the old Severn Bridge to start the second day of my journey.


Travelling on the cycle trail from Bristol, 8 miles to Bath. Nearly at the end of day 2...


Finally arriving in Limpley Stoke, a very tough day. A couple of wrong turns cost me a few miles, 36 all told. On my own today but reinforcements arriving for tomorrow's leg.

  Completed the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge with Cardiff & Vale Health Charity. 22nd September 2019  Raising money for the Critical Care Unit at the University Hospital of Wales (UHW), Cardiff who cared for my son Tom when he was admitted with pneumonia and suffered cardiac and respiratory failure. The amazing CCU team at UHW had the foresight to refer Tom for life-saving ECMO at St Thomas' London, and that saved his life. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing NHS! Just over two weeks to go before @Walk4ECMO charity walk

Just over two weeks to go until Walk4ECMO A 171 mile ' Roads to Recovery ' charity walk from Cardiff to London raising money for the life saving ECMO service provided by the Intensive Care Unit at St Thomas' Hospital in London. Enjoying some gentle walks in the Seven Hills of Abergavenny. Yetserday I was at the top of the SugarLoaf with my three sons.
